All of the guestrooms at the Latham Hotel are being renovated. The design elements will provide for contemporary modern sophistication complimented by the preeminent location of the hotel, next to Rittenhouse Square at 17th and Walnut in city center. All 139 rooms are redesigned to include the addition of one and two bedroom suites.
