The New Latham Hotel Philadelphia’s Landmark Boutique Hotel Re-imagined for the Modern Guest

Philadelphia, PA (Spring 2012) – Ocean Properties, Ltd. has completed a multi-million dollar renovation on The Latham Hotel on Walnut Street in Center City, Philadelphia.  This project includes the completed renovation of all 139 guestrooms and the lobby, in addition to a new restaurant concept and space called Urban Enoteca.
